NiddFest takes place in locations in and around Pateley Bridge, in Upper Nidderdale, North Yorkshire. Pateley Bridge is located between Harrogate, Ripon and Masham. Getting here:

BY BUS

The Transdev Harrogate District number 24 service (timetable here) runs regularly from Harrogate to Pateley Bridge. Harrogate is easily accessible by bus from surrounding towns and cities such as York, Leeds, Ripon, Knaresborough, Wetherby, Bradford, Ilkley and Otley. Leeds, Harrogate, York, Ripon and Thirsk are also served by National Express coaches.

BY TRAIN

The nearest train station is Harrogate with regular services from Leeds and York.

BY PLANE

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International Airport and a regular bus service (737) runs from the airport to Harrogate.

BY ROAD

Pateley Bridge is easily accessible from the A1 (M) and the A61 to the east and the A65, A59, M65 and M62 to the south. Postcode to NiddFest’s main venue, The Memorial Hall, Pateley Bridge – HG3 5JS.

CAR SHARING

NiddFest is happy to help co-ordinate car sharing for people coming from further afield or those happy to share transport during the festival. This may be particularly relevant for travel to Toft Gate Barn Cafe on Friday 5th August. NiddFest can also advise on local taxis. Please contact contact@NiddFest.com for advice.

GETTING AROUND AT THE FESTIVAL – NIDDFEST SHUTTLE BUS, 6TH AUGUST

NiddFest will be operating a PRE-BOOKED twice-daily bus service on Saturday 6th August between the main venues of Pateley Bridge and Middlesmoor.

Pateley Bridge bus stop – opposite the bus station (come down Pateley Bridge High St and turn right before the bridge), just by the new Library.

Middlesmoor bus stop – By the benches opposite the phone box, just down the road from the village hall

All day pre-paid ticket £8. This ticket guarantees a place on the bus. It allows the user to hop on and off the bus during operating times.

Tickets may be bought on the bus during the day for £4 each journey to/from Pateley Bridge and Middlesmoor but only if there is space available, which we cannot guarantee (unless a pre-paid ticket is bought).
